ABOUT MASL





For over 40 years MASL has provided a safe, fun, and competitive environment for kids of all levels of play



Since 1981, MANTECA AREA SOCCER LEAGUE has been a 501(C)3 non-profit community-driven club. Our Recreational program is volunteer-run and dedicated to developing kids through sports and to foster a love for the game. Both our recreational and competitive programs give kids a place to have fun, be challenged and build their skills. To learns Sportsmanship, Integrity, Respect, and strive for their very best. To compete at their highest level on or off the pitch.

To provide a player-centered environment that helps develop individual skills and decision making, both technically and tactically while ensuring individual personal development in the areas of sportsmanship, integrity, and respect for family and community.

BYLAWS & Contitution
and MASL Specific Rules



These are our BYLAWS and league specific rules that govern our club. If you have any questions you can contact our Club Commissioner. As a member any Bylaws changes or adds you would like to propose must be submitted in writing before thirty days of the next AGM. All changes and additions must follow the current Bylaws and follow "Roberts Rules of Order".



MEETIng Minutes (coming soon)



Want to know what discussions are being had at our monthly board meetings. Want add to the discussion you can send us questions or comments on topics the board has been discussing, your participation is encouraged. To gain access you will need to request access, and the following will be required. You will need to be a Member and have maintain Membership in Good Standing statues. There are no California requirements that minutes must be accessible with any outside persons or entities beyond our membership, if requested.

If you would like to sit in on a board meeting or would be a guest speaker please contact our league secretary to schedule. These meeting are subject to space limitations and are first come first serve for meeting dates available.
