BOARD POSITION NOMINATIONS

To nominate someone to a board position, please fill out the form below.  To complete, please enter your information, select a board position, and your nominee's information.

Once a nominee form has been completed and returned by the designated deadline, the nominee will be informed of their nomination, and an informal interview will be set up. If nominee meets the requirements for that position their name will be placed on the ballot for a membership vote at an annual general meeting (AGM). Voting and nominations must come from members in MASL who are in good standing. Voting at the AGM is limited to one vote per member family pursuant to section 1:08:03 of the Bylaws. The deadline for nominations will be updated on the MASL website, as well as, the date for any AGM.

BYLAW CHANGES

 

      If you are a member in good standing and would like to submit a proposed Bylaw change to sections I or II, please have them ready for submission to the Director thirty (30) calendar days before the next Annual General Meeting.  The date for the next Annual General Meeting will be advertised and posted on the MASL website.
