Manteca Area Soccer Leagues F.A.Q's

Manteca Area Soccer League rounds up to the nearest even number age group. An example is if your child is turning 6 or 7 years old in the year they start, they will be in U8's. For more information for you regarding this please refer to the US Club age matrix calendar.

Most practices will be held sometime from Monday to Thursday. Practice days are always to be determined by each coach and will be up to two days per week. When a coach is assigned to a team, they will contact parents to give them their practice schedule.

The Fall and Spring Recreational Seasons' regular matches for all age groups will be played mainly on Saturdays. However, some games could be added or changed to a Friday night to accommodate scheduling issues. Our Jamboree (excluding U6) at the end of October will be held on Saturday and Sunday. 

Fall Recreational is our primary season. This season has the most significant number of players, teams, and matches. The regular season typically runs from August to Mid-October, With a Jamboree at the end of the season. 

This is District VIII's ALL-STAR LEAGUE. This league is for the best players in the Fall Recreational Leagues within District VIII.
